This ensures a proper invoice/billing for our records and eliminates errors and misunderstandings.  ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK!   They are special ordered for you when your order is placed.  Shipping time for most items is 3-7 days.  Exceptions to this will be noted in the product description.  If a product you order has become backordered, or discontinued, from the manufacturer we will contact you as soon as possible. RETURNS Because these items are special ordered for you specifically, we are unable accept returns or exchanges. PRODUCT ISSUES/DEFECTS/WARRANTIES  If you purchase a product from us that has any issues/defects or is under warranty we will refer you directly to the manufacturer who will take care of the problem.  We will be Happy to assist you by giving you your manufacturer contact information.  We are unable to return or exchange items that are under warranty or have product defects.   SALES TAX Please note that ALL orders shipped within MICHIGAN will be charged sales tax (6%).  Orders shipped outside Michigan will not be charged sales tax.   PAYMENTS We accept PayPal and Money Orders.
