Q: Why should I purchase Insurance?
A: Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier - we have no control over how it is handled. Therefore we can not be responsible for the package at that point. Purchasing insurance would allow you to make a claim with the shipping carrier in the event that your package was lost or damaged. If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier and you purchased insurance we will promptly assist you in filing your claim.
Q: How will my package be shipped?
A: Packages will be shipped by our choice of carrier. All products will be well packaged and you will receive delivery confirmation/tracking information so you can track your packages progress.
Q: Why does shipping take 3-7 days?
A: In order to offer you such great prices we do not keep items in stock. Items are not ordered from the manufacturer until AFTER you place your order with us. Some items ship quicker than others. If something on your order will take longer then the 7 days you will be contacted immediatly.
Q: Do You Accept Returns?
A: Because these items are special ordered for you specifically, We do not accept returns or exchanges.
